If your age is more than 35 then you need to consult to your doctor before you make a decision to have a baby on pregnancy. It is because older woman above 36 has a high risk for miscarriage.

If you plan to have a baby on pregnancy, you are about to have an ideal body like you should not be too thin and too big. So, you need to watch your weight and consult your doctor before your pregnancy. This weight kinds of problems could lead to miscarriage. Other than that, miscarriage also is caused by the previous miscarriage. So when you ever had miscarriage, then you shall be allowed to be pregnant again after 3-5 years after.

Miscarriage could be caused by the drugs consumed by pregnant mom. Thus, it is very important for you when you are about to drink drug whatever that is, you need to consult to your doctor for its safety for you and your baby. You are not allowed to consume kinds of drugs which are not from doctor’s prescription. This is kind of preventive way to safe you and your baby.

For first three semesters of pregnancy, a pregnant mom is in a high risk of miscarriage. So, it is better for pregnant mom to get more rest and consume healthy foods and drinks and vitamins. 1.      Bleeding
If you bleed for a little on your under wear then you need to get bed rest. You should not do much activity for that. But if you have lots of bleeding then immediately check your pregnancy condition to your doctor. Also when you have that your amniotic fluid comes out much. See the doctor fast and check.

2.      Pain and Bleed
You need to see the doctor when you suddenly feel pain and bleeding. This could be one of the signs of miscarriage. See the doctor and get the medical treatment to save you and your baby.

3.      No sign of Baby movement
When you already feel your baby movements every day, it means good. But in the morning or evening when you don’t feel anything of your baby’s movements, you need to get medical check. Don’t be panic and just let your doctor check your condition.
