Simple Pizza Receipt or Healthy Diet


Do you love pizza? Of course every one loves pizza. Do you order pizza every day? Are you sure all the ingredients are healthy? Then why not you just try our pizza receipt which is also yummy and healthy with home made pizza sauce. You just need to prepare all the ingredients needed. Here you can try a simple and healthy pizza.

Ingredients:

Crust                                                                          
1.      Warm water 375 ml
2.      Protein flour 600 gram
3.      Yeast 2,5 tablespoon
4.      Salt 1 tablespoon
5.      Olive oil  1 tablespoon

Pizza sauce
1.      Tomatoes  (5)
2.      Garlic powder
3.      Oregano 1 tablespoon
4.      Salt ½ tablespoon
5.      Sugar ½ tablespoon
6.      black pepper 1 tablespoon

Topping
1.      Sliced Paprika
2.      Sliced onion
3.      Sausage
4.      grated cheese
5.      other vegetables on your taste



How to make:

Pizza Sauce
1.      Boil tomatoes and remove the their shells
2.      Blend the boiled tomatoes with juicer and place the juice at the boiler
3.      Boil the juiced tomatoes then add garlic powder, oregano, salt, sugar, and black pepper stir them well till it is boiled.
4.      Turn off your stove and place the boiled pizza sauce on a bowl.

Crust
1.      Add warm water in a bowl then add the yeast. Leave it for 8 minutes and stir.
2.      Add 300 gram of protein flour and stir them, add salt, then add again 300 gram of protein flour. Mix them well with dough mixer or even you can use your hand.
3.      After that, the dough with cloth and leave it for 1,5 hours
4.      Stir the dough with hand till it is not sticky. Use olive oil on your hands and apply also on the dough. Stir the well and divide the dough for 4 crusts
5.      Place your 4 part of dough in your four pizza trays. If you only want to make only 1 pizza crust, you can save your other 3 pizza dough to refrigerator.
6.      Flatten the dough on your pizza tray use your hand to flatten the dough to surface then add pizza sauce and toppings.
7.      Bake for 20 minutes at the 200 degrees Celsius or 392 degrees Fahrenheit
8.      Pizza is ready to serve. Serve with smile J
