During pregnancy, pregnant moms mostly have some
different problems one to another. The first common pregnancy problem
is nausea. 75-80 % pregnant moms feel this kind of pregnancy health problem. For some

solve for constipation.
Feet edema also becomes the pregnancy health
problem on the seventh month of pregnancy. This should be because of the increasing
of the weight during pregnancy. This is still normal and pregnant women recommended to wear
flat shoes instead of high heel ones. They also recommended to do some light
exercises and more rest. Stretch mark would be the main problem for
pregnant women as stretch mark can not be faded after the pregnancy. To avoid
