Salad with Peanut Sauce: Asian Yummy Salad






Salad is a yummy meal for diet. If you want to have different kinds of the taste of Salad, you can try this Asian yummy salad with peanut sauce. This could be your new variation for your salad dressing and the other way to eat salad. This salad with peanut sauce use peanut sauce as the dressing. Beside that, the difference with the regular salad that you often make at home is this salad would be with some of boiled vegetables. So here is the receipt to make salad with peanut sauce below.

Ingredients:

Peanut sauce:
1.      peanut 100 gram
2.      garlic 3 pieces/  garlic powder for 3 tablespoons
3.      chilly 2 pieces/ chilly powder 1 tablespoon (optional)
4.      lemon juice for 3 tablespoons
5.      brown sugar for 1 tablespoon
6.      salt 1 tablespoon
7.      granulated sugar 1 tablespoon
8.      vinegar 1 tablespoon
9.      Water 150-200 ml.

Vegetable
1.      Green spinach  gram 50 gram (boiled)
2.      bean sprouts (boiled)
3.      4 sliced carrots (boiled or no boiled)
4.      3 pieces of fresh lettuce
5.      sliced cabbage as needed (boiled or not boiled)
6.      3 sliced tomatoes
7.      2 boiled eggs
8.      6 sliced and boiled potatoes
9.      3 sliced cucumber (optional)
10.  6 sliced of fried tofu (optional)


How to make:

Peanut Sauce:

1.      Fry peanuts with vegetable oil/olive oil till it is done and drain them. Remove fried peanut skin and blend them till it is powdery. Place the blended peanut in a bowl.
2.      Add olive oil on a pan on the average fire, then add again garlic powder or crushed garlic, chilly (optional), and lime leaves and stir them well till it smells good. Then, add the blended peanut stir them.
3.      Add water, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and stir them till it is boiled. Turn of the stove. You can add some more water for your own taste.

Complete cooking

1.      Place all the vegetables, sliced tofu, and sliced boiled eggs.
2.      Add the dressings on the vegetables, fried tofu, and sliced boiled eggs.
3.      Ready to serve add sweet soy bean sauce if you prefer to add for sweeten up the taste.
