Nutritious Foods for Increasing Kid’s Intelligence

Increasing brain intelligence fast should be started at the beginning of the stage of the growth. Kids are potential to develop intelligence more if it is compared to an adult. Brain intelligence is affected by some factors like environment, friends, parents, social, activities, genetic, and nutrition from foods. So, here are some nutritious foods that parents can serve to kids on their meal. These foods are absolutely boosting brain development and intelligence.

1.      Salmon fish
Salmon fish contains lots of nutrition needed for brain development which are omega 3 oil, EPA, DHA. Those substances are beneficial to boost kid’s intelligence. Omega 3 is important for developing intelligence. Salmon fish contains much more omega 3 compared to tuna fish. Cook some delicious meals from salmon fish and make them some yummy salmon meals everyday.

2.      Eggs
Egg contains colin which is very good to maintain the brain. It keeps the brain and makes the memory developed as well. Cook some eggs into delicious meals for kids. Even it is good for salad just like with boiled eggs. Consuming eggs are good to increasing kid’s intelligence.

3.      Peanut jelly or Peanut jam
Peanut jam is a good dressing for bread. Serve peanut jam on the table for breakfast. Peanut jam or peanut jelly contains vitamin E as antioxidant. Peanut jam contains thiamine which keeps the stamina better.

4.      Yoghurt and Milk
Yoghurt and milk clearly contain lots of beneficial substances for kid’s development including for maintaining the nerve. Milk and yoghurt could be the main booster for energy. They contain high protein, vitamin B, vitamin D which are also good for the teeth and bone development.

5.      Green Vegetables and Fruits
It is no more secret if green vegetables and foods are the best to increasing kid’s intelligence. But sometime parents often find that their children are difficult to eat green vegetables they don’t like to. Parents need to find some tricks and receipts for cooking green vegetables into yummy food for kids.
