First Month of Pregnancy and New Mom Should Do These

Your early pregnancy needs some medical check up to get to know your actual condition. It is just because you may feel the symptoms of early pregnancy that may make you feel uncomfortable also sick. You feel morning sick like nauseas, hard to eat your meals even they are used to be your favorite meals and now they are not anymore, dizzy, languid, and many others. Remember that your baby on board needs some nutrition for their very first time in your womb. Here some recommended tips that you need to have for every day in your first month of pregnancy.

 

The first is folate acid for a must nutrition in early stage of pregnancy. Folic acid is very important nutrition to help your baby in womb grows up well. You can consume kinds of the foods and also pregnancy milk containing folate acid. You can find folate acid in the fruit like orange. If you are sensitive to smell of the orange in your early pregnancy, you can drink pregnancy milk or even consume some vegetables of fruits also containing folate acid. Note that if folic acid is a-must nutrition during your pregnancy to help your baby grows its parts perfectly.

The second is when you feel that you always have nauseas during your early pregnancy. You can change your meal menu with dessert like fruits. Fruits are good for your early pregnancy. You should pick some healthy foods on your menu although you are now so picky on choosing the meal menu. Avoid some unhealthy snacks and soda on your early pregnancy. This would help you to focus on healthy and good meals.

The third is avoid to eat two portions in a meal time which means it does not always to add one more portion of meal eaten for your baby on board.  You are only to eat in additional calories for 300 and not for two portion. Beside if you eat a lot you will get bigger. It would not work better for your body shape after your pregnancy. The last thing is that you need to consult to the doctor all about the meals which are good for you pregnant women and ask the doctor what kinds of the sports that you can do during this early pregnancy. Visit doctor routinely during your pregnancy and this would be the way to get routine medical check! Have a nice day women!
