Pregancy Foods and Drinks avoided During Your Second Month of Pregnancy



You must be happy to be a mom. Having a baby is such a beautiful dream for you especially when you know that you are pregnant after all your efforts. In your early pregnancy, you need to keep yourself doing well since early pregnancy is frail. You don’t want to miscarriage your baby and then you need to avoid some activities that burden your body condition. Besides, you need to watch some diets like your foods and drink for your healthy pregnancy. Here are some foods and drinks that you are better to get rid of during your second month of pregnancy.

Do you like cheese? if you like to consume cheese as your daily basis menu then you need to avoid soft cheese. It is because kinds of soft cheese are made from the raw milk. You need to be careful since the process of making soft cheese may sometime contain E-Coli bacteria. This kind of the bacteria is dangerous for you. Other than that you should avoid unpasteurized milk because this kind of the milk would contain some microorganisms which may be dangerous for your pregnancy.

Other food that you need to avoid is the raw egg or even you like to eat half cooked egg. This second month of your pregnancy, you need to cook the eggs well done. It is because this way would decrease the risks of consuming the food with Salmonella bacteria. Make sure that you also not to taste a little the bread dough since the eggs on the dough also still raw. This could be Salmonella bacteria on that bread dough.

The drink that you need to be avoided during your pregnancy is that Alcohol. Alcohol may keep you warm in the winter time but you need to find the other way to warm up your self. You can set the temperature of the room instead of drink alcohol. Avoid the drink that containing Alcohol. This is so important for you to prevent your baby with physical defect. If you buy frozen meat, you need to cook that well done to avid some bacteria still living on that meat.

In addition, you also need to do some healthy exercise while you are in pregnancy. The best and easy exercise is Yoga. You can join Yoga club for your pregnancy. You shall be doing better and well to get the positive energy especially for your baby. Always avoid stress by think positive, healthy pregnancy exercise, and consuming healthy foods and drinks.
