It's sunny day here! How about there? Are you planning to have salad as you lunch menu? So, here I am going to share you receipt of the Indonesian salad fruit. I used to have this kind of the delicious meal for my healthy diet for every day routine. So, basically I added kinds of the Indonesian fruits including kiwi and strawberry. This sauce for this salad is No more talk again! here is the receipt!
Ingredients :
1. Melon
2. Mango
3. Strawberry
4. Kiwi
5. Apple
6.Orange
7. Papaya
9. Cucumber
10. Kinds of the fruits can be used
Sauce for Seasoning:
1. Sugar Palm 3 tea spoons
2. One pinch of salt
3. 50 ml lemon juice
How to make
1. Cut all the fruits into small pieces like in the picture above then make teh sauce.
2. Put all teh sugar palm, salt, and lemon juice then, bend that.
3. Mizz all teh fruits with tah sauce. If you prefer to have bit crunchy taste you can add mayonnaise on.
